Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Items are in original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Only normal signs of trying on are visible — items showing wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
  • Defects or missing parts must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing: Returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days after arriving at our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these criteria.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email info@strivonfootwear.com.
  2. Include:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (required for damage/defects)
  • Full name and address

You will receive the correct return address and further instructions once your request is approved.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

  • You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be stopped, but you can return them following the standard return process.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Withdrawal becomes effective once we receive both your written notice and the returned goods.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
  • If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@strivonfootwear.com.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
  • This ensures fast processing and guarantees current stock availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@strivonfootwear.com with photos so our team can assist promptly.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • Payments received will be refunded, excluding delivery costs (unless a premium delivery was selected).
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
