Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Items are in original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Only normal signs of trying on are visible — items showing wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
- Defects or missing parts must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Processing: Returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days after arriving at our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these criteria.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@strivonfootwear.com.
- Include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (required for damage/defects)
- Full name and address
You will receive the correct return address and further instructions once your request is approved.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
- You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be stopped, but you can return them following the standard return process.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Withdrawal becomes effective once we receive both your written notice and the returned goods.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@strivonfootwear.com.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
- This ensures fast processing and guarantees current stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@strivonfootwear.com with photos so our team can assist promptly.
Consequences of Withdrawal
- Payments received will be refunded, excluding delivery costs (unless a premium delivery was selected).
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
